Ingredients
2 cups cooked turkey (shredded)
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup carrots (chopped)
2 cups noodles or rice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup milk or cream
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté carrots until soft.
3. Add turkey and stir in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
4. Mix in noodles, cheese, and milk.
5. Transfer to a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
Notes
You can substitute noodles for rice or couscous.
