- 3/4–1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Cook and Cool the Pasta: Prepare rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and allow it to cool completely before using.
- Prepare the Ingredients: Chop the chicken breast, celery, red onion, parsley, and hard-boiled eggs into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the Base: Add the cooled pasta and all chopped ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Make the Dressing: In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, milk, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Notes
