Ingredients
16 oz cream cheese (softened)
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (freshly grated)
2 green onions (chopped)
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp dried oregano
Dash of black pepper
2/3 cup pecans (finely chopped)
Instructions
1. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in remaining ingredients.
2. Use a spatula to form the mixture into a round ball.
3. Press chopped pecans onto the surface until fully coated.
4. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for 1 hour.
5. Serve with crackers, pretzels, or vegetables.
Notes
For best results, use freshly grated cheese.
Refrigerate for up to 1 week or freeze (uncoated) for 1 month.
